Vehicle Description
One of the first of 25 Lotus Elites imported to the California Lotus Distributor for the USA in 1959/1960. This one owner low mileage original well kept Elite is a rare find and car to add to any collection. Has a Coventry Climax engine and comes with original 13" rims with original Michelin tires if one wants to show the car as it currently has 15" rims 64 spoke versus the originals that were only 48 spokes. Original jack, hammer, books and records. Car is red with black leather that was redone from its original vinyl interior- as one knows vinyl does not last with age.
