Vehicle Description
The DB7 was a gorgeous offering from Aston Martin, distinguished by its graceful lines and excellent proportions. Available in either the 6 cylinder version, or with the most impressive 420 horsepower V-12 Vantage engine (built by Cosworth).Our Vantage transmission is a 5-speed automatic ZF unit, which works with the mighty 12 cylinder powerplant, to yield a 0-60 acceleration time of under 5 seconds and a top speed limited to 165 mph – this in an opulent cruiser of more than 2 tons in weight, fitted with a host of luxury features. Some of these features include a full Connolly leather interior, heated rear windows, heated power door mirrors, power windows with a one-touch down feature, six speaker stereo radio cassette, electronically controlled front seats with adjustable lumbar support, etc. Our Vantage is finished in Stronsay Silver with All Charcoal leather piped in light grey and a black automatic soft top. It comes to us from a Darien, Connecticut customer of ours who purchased the car in 2013 with 12,870 miles from McClaren of Philadelphia, where it was traded by a founding partner of the Vanguard Fund. He drove the car very sparingly over his 11 years of ownership and the car is in virtually near-new condition throughout. The car is accompanied with a host of wanted additional items, including a parts manual, car cover, service records, a copy of the original window sticker, and a spare key. |
